Monthly assignments
Pick a month, generate, then search the instructor you want to send to. Tapping WhatsApp opens a pre-addressed message — you tap send. Nothing goes out automatically.
Earnings statement
Pick a date range, then generate. Amounts come from the official pay rates per course & role. Verified pro bono classes are shown struck through and excluded from the payable total. Export to Excel — one instructor, a hand-picked set, or everyone (each instructor on its own sheet, plus a summary tab).
Pro bono & Upskilling
Instructor pro bono sessions and upskilling events awaiting sign-off. Set any status directly on each card. Setting it to Pending or Cancelled notifies the training team on Teams.
Notify instructors
Send a free-text push notification to everyone, or to a few hand-picked instructors. Only instructors who tapped 🔔 Enable alerts in their portal will receive it — after sending you'll see exactly who got it and who didn't.
